Today was a very busy day!

We sent out our good friend Julia as she and her new husband start their next season.

We got to hear from Samuel and surf church in Porto Portugal

and finally Chris got to interview Rosie which lead into our series on the Spiritual Disciplines.
Today we focused on Fasting.
